Kareem A. Dieng
At three years old I had my father take off the training wheels and went on to complete my first 100-mile bike ride at age nine.
Beginning with OCR back in 2011, I eventually found my way to ultra running events after pushing my limits in personal ultra runs and 100+ mile bike rides.
As a wilderness guide, I have led multiple 20-day backcountry expeditions, as well as international expeditions, and long-term wilderness therapy programming.
Intense challenge is fuel to my fire and fitness is a personal lifelong pursuit, so I push my edge running, rock climbing, mountaineering, cycling, swimming, and any other way I can get moving hard in the outdoors.
Endure. Through the fog.
